Shipping policy

Orders that are received are dispatched as soon as possible.


DO NOT CANCEL THE ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED. If a customer cancels the order after it has dispatched, he'll have to pay in advance for the next order.


It takes 3-5 working days (Saturdays & Sundays are off) to for the order to reach it's destination. 


On the occasions like Eid or this current Covid situation where multiple areas have been locked down, you can expect a delay. We try our best to dispatch your order ASAP! There can be delay from courier services too, sometimes we call them repeatedly but they do not pick up.


You've to accept the order if the shipment gets delayed due to any reason.


Ensure that the given contact number is available at all times. Please attend calls from unknown numbers as well as the delivery boy will try to contact you. 


Ensure that everyone at the given address is informed about the parcel.


If the customer refuses to receive the order, he/she will have to pay in advance for the next order.
