Refund policy

• If the bottle is broken during shipment,the customer will get a free replacement. Replacement is not applicable on minor leakage if the bottle is in perfect condition.

• If the customer doesn’t like the product, he/she can replace/ refund. Free delivery is not applicable on replacement/refund, the customer will be refunded the product cost only. If a wrong order is sent to the customer,then the delivery will be free.

• It is necessary to claim refund/replacement within 7 days.
